While all of the hands and markers are rhodium plated only the some of the hour markers and the hour and minutes hand features super-luminova luminescence, all protected by sapphire crystal glass. The 42mm case of the watch features an exhibition case back and is made from brushed and polished stainless-steel, as is the matching band.
