PRESAGE: The ‘Presage’ range combines a Japanese aesthetic sense with traditional craftsmanship and Seiko’s mechanical watchmaking skills in an original collection that offers Japanese beauty, quality and long-lasting performance.
ZEN GARDEN: The Japanese garden is a well-known and much-admired aspect of Japanese culture and provides the inspiration for this new Presage collection. The dial has the depth and rich texture of a Karesansui or Zen garden in which gravel is raked into serene, flowing patterns like waves or rippling water. The deeply pressed pattern on the dial creates dramatic shadows as do the furrows of gravel in the Karesansui garden.
This watch features a green toned textured dial featuring an ‘open heart’ a way to view the inner workings of the watch. The roman numerals and hands are silver toned while the other highlights are yellow gold toned. The dial also feature a 24 hour sub dial -all protected by sapphire crystal glass. The case is 41.8mm and is made from polished stainless-steel as is the matching band.
